Healthy way to reduce weight
When i want to reduce the weight, many of my friends suggested like follows.
- Run daily 10 kms
- Go to gym - 1 hours
- Do yoga - 1 hour daily
- Do excercise - 1 hour
- Cycling
- Swimming....
..............its goes on.
I really tired. I like to reduce the fat as i have no time to do the activities they mentioned. Then, i found the healthy way.

Lemon juice is the daily drink i have taken for past 2 months.
Daily morning, i am getting a lemon juice. But be assure it should be a juice. As it has more acidic, we should drink with some mix - water, soda or honey.
After some time, i feel it is more hard to take in empty stomach. So i have taken it when ever i want hydration.

You can have lemon tea. Its so good and very tasty. Jummy.
I am need it everyday morning. Gradually it is my favorite
Honey
Honey is a natural remedy for many issues. I am taking along with lemon juice in morning. As it is said above in the picture, it helps to reduce the weight.
Chinnamon
Chinnamon is natural one. But i have not taken it directly. Hope i done enough effort to reduce my belly fat. So, i have not taken it. Just try and tell me if you done it.
